Danielle Ervin

Danielle has been working in real estate since 2007 and have proudly served clients full-time since 2009. What began as a professional opportunity quickly became her passion—helping people navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives with confidence, clarity, and care.

Before real estate, Danielle built her foundation in luxury hospitality with the prestigious Four Seasons Hotels, where she honed my commitment to service, attention to detail, and an unwavering work ethic. These qualities continue to define the experience Danielle provides to every client today.

John Perovich

John is a devoted husband to Virginia and a proud father to two amazing kids, Wyatt and Dawn—family is at the core of who he is and how he approaches every aspect of life, including his work in real estate.

Before stepping into the real estate world, he earned a degree in Communications from Cal State Fullerton and spent several years in fraud investigation for major retailers such as Target and Nordstrom. That experience sharpened his eye for detail, but it was the people-focused side of the job that truly resonated with him and ultimately steered him toward real estate.

Today, he has the privilege of guiding clients through one of life’s biggest decisions with confidence and ease. His philosophy is simple: treat every client like they’re the only one. He’s passionate about building real relationships that last well beyond the transaction—and he genuinely enjoys turning clients into friends.
