There isn't one trick in the book that can handle every real estate transaction. We approach every client with a multi faceted outlook, utilizing a wide breadth of marketing and advertising tools to reach the largest audience possible. Most agents will take a few photos, list the home on the MLS, and do an open house. Not us. 

Our listings start with a comprehensive analysis of the market, neighborhood and client's needs to ensure we have the best approach. Once we choose our path, we take professional photos. Photos are the number one driver of buyers to your home. In a recent Zillow survey 98% of buyers and sellers started their search online. If your main photo is bad, well, they might just swipe left. For larger properties we often use drones. Drone imagery provides an aerial view that is unmatched with a normal camera. Your listing will be hand crafted and published on the MLS and all of the consumer sites like Redfin and Zillow. It will look fantastic. We then go to print advertising. Flyers, newspaper, magazine. Full color, professional marketing. Open houses can be as often as you like. 

As full time agents we will be with you every step of the way. We are always just a quick phone call/ text or email away as well.

Danielle helped me with the pre-listing preparation and the subsequent sale of my parent's home. She identified the areas of the house that would benefit most by updating and then recommended resources to complete the work. She was extremely knowledgeable on what buyers are looking for and trendsin interior and exterior esthetics.
